She is survived by: her parents, Kent Fisher and Gayle Fisher; her children, Karisa Phelps and Kelsie Ritter (AJ); her grandchildren, Jaxtyn Scott, Jagger Clay and Jate Jack Ritter; her husband Scott Phelps; and her siblings, Teresa Phelps (John), Felicia Fredrick (Woody), Angie Oberhansley (Steve) and Trent Phelps.
