He is survived by : his wife Rosemarie Jacobsen; his children, Carl Henry Jacobsen (Lisa Min), Jenette Marie Shaw (Shawn Shaw) and Krystal Michelle Dawson (Rob Dawson); his grandchildren, Mikaela, Morgan, John and Ryan; and his great grandchild Amelie.
