He is survived by: his mother Janet Thomas; his siblings, Mike, Erin Sheree and Jamie; his brothers-in-law, Miguel, Tim and Jay; his grandchildren, Evan, Gabe and Milly; and his siblings' children, Selena, Sofia, Jazmyn, Johnny, Jayshawn, Timothy, Jayandre', Jayziah, Jerry, Angel and Isaiah.
