He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gordon Booth and Agnes Joan Booth (Herda); his sister Doreen Shepard; and his great grandchild Aiden Booth. He is survived by: his siblings, James Booth Jr. (Renee) and Jodi Bland (Bob); his children, Jason Booth, Roxanne Chase (Reed), Ashley Cooper (James) and Lisa McNerney (Anthony); his grandchildren, Jacob, Leia, Logan Booth, Hayven Chase, Kayley and Carson Cooper; and his great grandchildren, Melinda and Alexander Booth. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
