She is survived by: her children, Michael Johnson (Kay) of Firth, Pamela Mayhew (Michael) of Gilbert, Arizona and Susan West (Kenny) of Valparaiso, Indiana; and her sister Linda Swigart (Paul) of Indianapolis, Indiana. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
