He was predeceased by: his parents, Orland Alfred Staley and Mary Mae Marshall; his former wife Dawn Millward; his children, Mark and Jan (Don Kuykendall); his grandson Christopher Wilcox; and his sister Janet Jensen (Ronald).
He is survived by: his sons, Lance (Marijane) of Ammon and Kip Staley of Blackfoot; his daughter-in-law Debra Staley of Blackfoot; his brothers, Jim (Karen) and Scott Staley (Tammy); and his stepchildren, Robert, Clay (Sue), Hal, Fred (Gina), Rourk Baird and Nancy Tea (Ray).
Viewing was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Groveland LDS Church (155 N 380 W, Blackfoot, ID 83221).
