He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Rupe and Daisy Rupe; his wife Ruth Arvell Olney; and his grandson Andrew Rupe. He is survived by: his children, Mark Rupe (Kimra) of Nampa, Idaho, Rick Rupe (Mindy) of Roswell, Shane Rupe (Sara) of Blackfoot, Idaho, Tammie Carson (Terry) of Blackfoot, Idaho and Kathlene Mercado (Alberto) of Blackfoot, Idaho; and his siblings, Mary Ann, Jim and Cindy. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and a few great grandchildren.
