He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Olmas and Andres Hernandez; and his wife Carol Contor. He is survived by: his siblings, Ariella, Edna, Albert, Domingo "Fred", Manuel, Connie, Frederick and Dan; his former wife Joyce Ballard; his children, Michael and Chemille "Angie"; his sister Mary; his children, Valerie (Burke) and Gregory (Andrea); his stepchildren, Peggy, John (Margaret) and Dan; and his grandchildren, Andres (Bryleigh) and Effie.
