He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Eastman; his daughters, Toni Jo Van Horn (Lorin) of Rigby and Jennifer Schwartz (James) of Fayetteville, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Lindsey Holt (William), Katelyn Watson (Bryce), Caleb, Benjamin, Anthony and Joseph Schwartz; and his great grandchildren, Melanie, Tony and Emily Holt.
