She was predeceased by: her parents, Nettie Lucille McEwen and George Milton Hale; her sons, Ronald Blake Gardner and Kevin Dale Gardner; her siblings, Melvin George Hale, Rullen Leroy Hale, Shirley Mae Bowen, Sherman Ray Hale, Keith Milton Hale and Leonard Arthur Hale; her grandchildren, Lucius Edward Gardner and Logan McCoy Gardner; and her great grandchild Anthony Robert Nelson.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Gardner; her daughters, Rhonda Ellen Garner (Lance) of Lindon, UT and Melinda "Mindy" Miller (Darrick) of Blackfoot; her daughter-in-law Seria Gardner of Arizona; and her siblings, Ardis Elizabeth Walton, Frank Lynn Hale, Marva Lucille Tarter and Leland Alvin Hale. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
