She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Adams and Melba Cotterell Adams; her husband Larry Chaffin; her siblings, Ferris Adams, Carl Adams, Ronald Adams, Erma Monson, Lois Hennefer, Bernice Ruth and Sandee Lee; and her son-in-law Mike Palmer.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Ann Palmer, Jerry Lee Anderson Jr. (Margy), Von Ray Anderson (Lorna), Kelley Jay Anderson (Nita), Scott L. Chaffin, Tamara Marie McClure (Terry) and Kimberly Jo Wood (Dustin); and her sister-in-law Mae Adams. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren.
