He is survived by: his wife Kim of Moreland, ID; his children, Allen Harper (Alicia) of Moreland, ID, Taylor Harper (Jessica) of Blackfoot, ID, Clinton Harper (Kiersten) of Syracuse, UT, Danny Harper of Moreland, ID, Andy Harper (Jessica) of Fairbanks, AK and Layne Harper (Lindsay) of Blackfoot, ID; and his siblings, Bradford Harper (Sidney), Bruce Harper (Chris), Brian Harper (Liz), Candy Bateman, Bryce Harper (Nadean), Brett Harper (Mariana) and Nikki Nielson (Mike). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren.
