He is survived by: his former wife Karen Kunz; his children, Wesley Phillips (Jessica), Erryn Fultz (Chase), Wade Phillips (Kristen) and Danielle Swank (Jacob); and his siblings, Becky Hendricks, Kelly Rankin and Samuel Philips. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
