He was predeceased by: his daughter Dawn. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Daniels; his children, Danielle Bogard (Lawrence) of Swan Valley, ID, Janielle Daniels of Swan Valley, ID, Stephanie Karren (David) of Sandy, UT, David Jr. Daniels (LaDonna) of Swan Valley, ID and Pat Lindsay (Michele); his grandchildren, Jared, Tori, Austin, William, Gabriel (Anna), Calvin, Josh and Brandon; and his great grandchild River. He is also survived by two brothers and one sister.
