He is survived by: his parents, David Scott and Teresa Jean Annis Lines of Blackfoot, Idaho; his wife Melissa Williams Lines of Blackfoot, Idaho; his son Luke D. Lines of Blackfoot, Idaho; and his siblings, Jami Norman (Bradley) of Haverhill, Amanda Sparks (Mike) of Blackfoot, Idaho and William Lines of Blackfoot, Idaho. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
