He was predeceased by: his parents, Seth Gates Waters and Frances Ethel Crow; his siblings, Lila Waters, Leo Waters, Norman Waters (Monty), Marcia Haws (Eliza), Floyd Waters, Velma Mitchell, George Waters (Warren) and Max Waters; and his grandsons, Justin Beardall and Benjamin Waters.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Lucile Waters; and his children, Vicki Poelman (Gene) of Greybull, Debra Shipley (Ron) of Pocatello, Brian Waters (Patreasa) of Blackfoot, Jarice Butterfield (Brett) of Tehachapi, Stacey Hayward (James) of Pocatello and Eric Waters of Blackfoot, Idaho.. He is also survived by his twenty-eight grandchildren, 52 great grandchildren and three great, great grandchildren.
