She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Carl Romrell and Helen Thomson Romrell; and her son-in-law Alan Keele. She is survived by: her husband William J. Parkinson of Blackfoot; her daughter Kimberly Keele (late Alan); her grandchildren, Caden, Cole, Bryce and Hadlee; her child Lindee Williams (Shawn); her grandchildren, Theodore and Cora; her son Clayton Parkinson (Lizzie Wackenhut); her grandsons, Lawrence and Simon; her child Ashlee Bostwick; her grandchildren, Rikerr, Jaxon and Jordon Bostwick; and her siblings, Kenda Merrill (Demar), Colleen Thomas (Ron), Kathryn Brown (Steve), Karen Nielsen (Mike) and Don Romrell (Darla).
Viewing was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hawker Funeral Home (132 S Shilling Ave, Blackfoot, ID 83221). A graveside service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Plano Cemetery (6165 W 4500 N, Sugar City, ID 83448).
On September 8, 1978, Donna married the love of her life, William "Bill" Parkinson, in Plano at the home of Keith and Darlene Parkinson.
