He is survived by: his wife Hollie Hale Smith of Blackfoot; his children, Elijah Allen Smith, Megan Adell Smith, Clarissa Jean Smith, Edward James Blaker, Alexander Don Blaker, Daniel Joseph Smith and Moroni Ezra Nathaniel Smith; his father Lorin Allen Smith; his stepmother Cindy Lou Lowder Smith; and his siblings, Burton Lorin Smith, Eugene Sheldon Smith (Georgia), Tamra Lorene Meisman (Clay) and Shawn Dirk Smith (Holly).
