He is survived by: his significant other Carrol Kitner Mann; his children, Scott Mann of Hanover, PA, Tanya Reck (Chris) of Pocatello, ID and Vanessa Buchma (Todd) of York, PA; his nephews, Mike Mann (Delores) of St Helena Island, SC and Ray Mann of Orrtannna, PA; and his daughter-in-law Chrissy Bloch of York. He is also survived by 3 children, 8 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren and instructions.
