He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfredo Gutierrez and Mary Olivas; his children, Cathy and Roy Gutierrez; and his siblings, Richard Gutierrez, Rosie Perez and Mickey Camacho.
He is survived by: his wife Rosie; his children, Alfred Gutierrez of Blackfoot, Marie Wrede (Roger) of Blackfoot, Michelle Hill of Blackfoot, Christine (Jim) of McCammon and Daniel Gutierrez of Idaho Falls; and his siblings, Beatrice Tapia and Julian Gutierrez (Coco) of Ontario, California. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
