He was predeceased by: his parents, Pat Parrish and Anita Parrish; and his brother Frank (Lynn). He is survived by: his sister Sherri Hook (Doug); his sons, Garth, Kevin and Michael (Lynn); and his grandchildren, Stacia, Chance, Braxton and Olivia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and some very close friends.
