He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Wesley Pilley Sr. and Delphine LaVanche Shrouner; his wife Kathleen Parrish of Blackfoot; his children, Wesley Eugene Pilley of Burley, ID and Amanda Ann Pilley; and his brother Bruce Edward Pilley of Baton Rouge, Louisiana..
