He is survived by: his father Jesus Ortiz; his siblings, Cindy Rodriguez (Richard) and Adam Ortiz (Kiley); his wife Kristi Ortiz; and his children, Tyler, Mia, Terris and Talon Ortiz. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
