He is survived by : his mother Celestina Ortiz (Alfredo); his siblings, Ismael Beltran of Blackfoot, Delilah Beltran (Jose) of Blackfoot, Yulissa Beltran (Johnny) of Blackfoot and Destiny Ortiz (Wayah) of Blackfoot; and his grandmother Elida Ramirez of Wapello. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
