He was predeceased by: his parents, James Larsen Worthen and Jessie Mae Clark Worthen; and his sister Evelyn Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Alice Worthen; and his sons, Gary Worthen (Linda) of Moneta, VA, Stephen Worthen (Wendy) of Rexburg, ID, Brian Worthen (Teri) of Bakersfield, CA and Blake Worthen (Jackie) of Roberts, ID. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
