He was predeceased by: his parents, John Miller and Betty Miller; and his brother Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Amy Kathleen Wareing; his children, Curtis, Grant and Alicia Miller; his grandchildren, Ayven and Brighton Miller; and his sister Lynda "Kay" Powers.
