He is survived by: his spouse Goldendale of Oregon; his son Trevor Spatig of Troutdale, Oregon; his siblings, Shirley Walters of St. Anthony, ID, Betty Lou Spatig of Chula Vista, CA, Ronald Spatig of Preston, ID, Max Spatig of Rigby, ID and Rosemary Schimmerhorn of Alvin, TX; his granddaughter Heather Ajax; and his great grandchildren, Arora and Christopher Ajax.
