For Judy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mervyn Rothrock and Elizabeth Rothrock (Rene); and her husband Larry Wissert. She is survived by: her children, Linda Bertrand of Blackfoot, ID and Gary Wissert of Riverside, CA; and her grandchildren, Cole Bertrand and Shelby Bertrand.
