He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clifford James Wixom and Vera Chaffin Wixom; his wife Pauline Whitehead; and his children, Brad, Dayna and Dustin Ted.

Viewing was held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rose LDS Church (403 N 150 Rd W, Blackfoot, ID 83221).

He passed from this life on October 4, 2026, after a valiant battle with Alzheimer's disease.
