He was predeceased by: his father Darrel O. Belnap; and his grandparents, Vere, Veora Belnap, Orland and Irene Van Orden.

He is survived by: his mother Elaine Van Orden Belnap of Blackfoot, ID; and his sisters, Wendy Hammond (Rex) of Irwin, ID and Lori Baldwin (Joel) of Blackfoot, ID. He is also survived by 8 nieces & nephews as well as many great-nieces & nephews.
