He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Henry and Marie Bennett Johnston Randall; his son Mike; his sister Betty Nelson; and his sister-in-law Audrey Randall.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Watson; his children, Mark Randall (Penny) of Scenic, AZ, Margaret Hightower (Dave) of Fairfield, CA, Traci Orlowski, Brook Vasquez and Brian Watson (Annette) of Kuna, ID; his brother Clive Randall of Blackfoot, ID; his siblings-in-law, Gerald "Jerry" Sturm (Sharon) of Blackfoot, ID, Sharron Simon (Duane) of Rathdrum, ID and Clint Nelson of Bountiful, UT; his mother-in-law Pauline Mullins (Rich) of Blackfoot, ID; and his cousin Joyce Lambert Stufflebeam. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
