He is survived by: his former wife Diane Noe of Blackfoot, ID; his children, Laurie Robin Noe of Clearwater, FL, Shawn Phillip Noe of Indianapolis, IN., Cynthia Ann Noe of Indianapolis, IN. and William Ellis Noe of Indianapolis, IN.; and his stepchildren, Michael Holm, Todd Holm, Dustin Holm, Kelly Holm Somsen and Steven Holm.
