He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frank and Catherine Frank; his brothers, Roy and Paul Frank; and his daughter Norma Lee Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Frank; his daughters, Lorrie Baum and Beverly Cook; his grandchildren, Jonathon Baum, Dave Davis, Doug Davis, Marcie Arndt, Johnathan Cook and Kendra Klineman; and his brother Robert Frank. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
