It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggie Jo Butterworth (Blackfoot, Idaho), born in Newell, West Virginia, who passed away on May 3, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Opal Blanche Tanner Lasure; and her siblings, Faye Swiger, Doris Varner, Sharon Hickman, Sandra Hickman, Iva Webb and David Lasure.

She is survived by: her father Jack Lasure; her husband Murzel "Sam" Butterworth; her daughter Angela Taylor (Kory Taylor); her grandchildren, Arya Taylor of Boise and Kasi Taylor of Boise; her daughter Laura Steed (Chris Steed); her grandchildren, Talissa Tyler (Giovanni Becerril) of Pocatello, Tajah Steed (Jaydan Combs) of Pocatello, Trinity Steed of Pocatello and Taylynn Steed of Pocatello; and her sister Cathy Highley.

Family suggests donation to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
