He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Carmichael and Esther Carmichael. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Carmichael; and his children, Mitchell Wayne Carmichael, Michelle Dawn Sedlacek, Gregory Slade Carmichael, Daniel Allen Beltran, Jeffrey Brian Beltran, Anna Lisa Galloway, Emmy Lou Yates (Benjamin) and Sara Jean Carmichael. He is also survived by twelve grand children and three great grand children.
