He is survived by: his former wife Ann Cannon; his wife Twila Reid; and his children, Jerry Cook (Kathy) of Cedarville, California, Steve Cook (Jeanne) of Farmington, Utah, Teresa Littleford (Mike), Ronnie Reid, Melanie Hancock (Rob), Tina Reid of Pocatello, David Reid (Eileen) of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and Valerie Wertman (Warren) of Fairview, Iowa.. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 58 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren.
