He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack W Southworth and Norma Southworth (Rouse); his wife Julie A. Williams of Wapello; his daughter Shanna; his grandson Landyn; his father-in-law Arnold Williams; and his brother-in-law Danny Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Leigh Southworth-Trahant (Rob) and BJ Southworth (Sarah) of Blackfoot; his brothers, Corrie Southworth of Magna and Norman Southworth of Idaho Falls; his mother-in-law Berna Dean Williams of Wapello; and his siblings-in-law, Bruce Williams (Shaunna) and Lorie Angelsey (Robert) of Wapello. He is also survived by six grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
