He is survived by: his daughter Katie Flores (Rowe); his sisters, Lily "Elaine" Rowe and Leslie Rowe; and his siblings-in-law, Julie Rowe and William H. Clark. He is also survived by five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren grandchildren.
