Wadsworth and Della "Micki" Wadsworth; his siblings, William Wadsworth Jr. "Bud", Leonard "Pat" Wadsworth, Lawrence "Larry" Wadsworth Sr., Sharon Begay, Caddo Wadsworth and Lester Lee Wadsworth; his son Juston Wadsworth; and his grandson Dontayus Wadsworth.
He is survived by: his children, Frank Wadsworth (Rae), Lawrence Wadsworth (Casey) and Tadraschell; his siblings, Moss, Jessie James Wadsworth (Bev), Bonnie Wuttunee-Wadsworth, Sheridan "Danny" Wadsworth (Shirley), Mary Teton (Clarence), Tim Wadsworth (Rachel) and Tammy Evans (Kash); and his grandchildren, Trysten Reeder, Jayce Thunder Wadsworth, Wyatt Wadsworth, Kiana Wadsworth, Brienna Wadsworth, Oliver Wadsworth, Henry Wadsworth and Le'Omi Roe.
