It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Kettler (Blackfoot, Idaho), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on November 7, 2018, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Phyllis J. Kettler; and his sister Mary Kettler. He is survived by: his parent Paul M. Kettler; his wife Lisa Marie Kettler; his sons, Brandon Ky Barr, Russell James Red Elk and Thomas Paul Her Many; his sisters, Cheryl, Stephanie and Kathleen; his siblings-in-law, Cheri Outcelt, Bird Osborne and Robert Damon; and his parents-in-law, Charlotte Damon, Frank Outcelt and Sheryl Outcelt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
