She is survived by: her father Dexter Blom (Mabel Stewart); her children, Groveland and Blackfoot; her husband Dennis Kay Mendenhall; and her children, Freya Lewis (Matthew), Kandie Miller (Ryan), Jared Mendenhall (MaryJo) and Adam Mendenhall (Taryn). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
