He was predeceased by: his father Carlos Avila Marin; his brother Rey Avila Hernandez (Margarita Pedroza Hernandez); and his angel baby Maria Velen Avila. He is survived by: his mother Felipa Serna Hernandez; his children, Victoria Galaviz (Guillermo) of Blackfoot, ID., Virginia Villeda (Jose) of Blackfoot, ID. and Victor Jr. Avila (Ashley) of Blackfoot, ID.; his grandchildren, Jorge Galaviz, Karina Velen Aguirre Avila, Luis Angel Galaviz, Kristian Manuel Aguirre, Damien Rey Avila, Arianna Dora Avila, Veronica Maria Galaviz, Victor Dominik Avila, Eric Luis Villeda, Alexander Jose Villeda, Alyssandra Lynn Avila and Alorah Guadalupe Avila; and his siblings, Eberardo Avila (Maria), Jose Trinidad Avila (Luz), Felix Avila Serna (Abigail Sigala Ibarra), Juanita Avila Serna (Lourdes Lozano Gonzalez), Ma Guadalupe Avila Serna and Maria Jesus Avila Serna (Gabriel Garcia). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
