He is survived by: his wife Reyna Nochebuena Herrera of Blackfoot; his children, Armando Salazar (Rocio) of Blackfoot, Victor Herrera Jr. of Blackfoot, Cesar Herrera (Danielle) of Blackfoot, Edgar Herrera (Eleanor) of Blackfoot and Eladio Herrera (Fane) of Blackfoot; and his siblings, Fernando E Cardoso of Mexico, Samuel E Cardoso of California, Pilar T. Cardoso of Mexico, Maria of Jesus, Gonzalo M Cardoso of California and Arcelia M Cardoso of Mexico. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
