She is survived by: her brother James Phelps; her children, Brandie Ojeda, Dallas Phelps (Trisha) and Rosana Rascon (William); her grandchildren, Alejandro Phelps, Jose Herrera, Sonia Lopez, Gabriel Phelps, Gracelynn Phelps and Gemma Phelps; and her nephew JD Phelps.
