He is survived by: his wife Patti; his sons, Hans (Brea) and Kirk (Mindy); and his siblings, Russell Friess (Judy), Joyce Sabin Catonsville, MD (Tim) and Gary (Lisa). He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
