He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddalee Raby and Glenn Raby; and his sisters, Vicky Whiteman and Jennifer Youngblood. He is survived by: his sons, Eldon Raby (Kelly), Vinton Raby (Courtney), Clayton Raby and Allen Raby Jr. (Shay); and his siblings, Glenna Underwood (Clyde), Bill Boyd (Kathy), Valeri, Becky Patterson and Shawnee McKenzie (Dave). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
