She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Evarts and Lois Josephine Bennett (Miller); her husband Dick Baer; her son Ray Baer; and her brothers, Ivan Jr. and Joe Bennett.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara McGee, Daniel Baer (Linda), Mary Kay Hall (David), Molly Hoger, Casey Baer (Meg), Andrew Baer (Kelly) and Kitty Schefelker (Rick); her grandchildren, Megan, Eric, Buddy, Randy, David, Heather Matt, Mark, Mitch, Charley, Madeline, Olivia, Georgia and Cosette; and her great grandchildren, Guinevere, Norah, Miles, George and Cardyn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
