He was predeceased by: his parents, Garfield Newell and Annie Newell. He is survived by: his wife Coral L. Newell of Boise, Idaho; his children, Terry Barker (James) of Findlay, Ohio, Arthur G. Newell Jr. of Boise, Idaho and Susie Oakman (Jack) of Findlay, Ohio; and his granddaughter Natasha Corning. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
