He is survived by: his children, Deborah Hill (Kogi Naidoo), Timothy Green (Robin), Julie Eldred (John Wilfong) and Susan Wilson (Mark Shemwell); his siblings, Karen McQuade, Zita Winter and Laurence Green; and his close friend Jim Bounds. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, a great-great-grandchild.
