He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Dean Prescott and Betty Kathleen Hutson Prescott; his wife Sharon Prescott; and his siblings, Bobbie Dean and Barbara Jean Prescott Giddeon.
He is survived by: his children, Tamara "Tami" Prescott Pugsley (Aaron) and Thomas "Tom" Prescott (Amber); his grandchildren, Ryan Prescott and Sarah Prescott; and his great grandchild Abel. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to 4-H, FFA, or other youth organizations in honor of Bill's lifelong commitment to teaching, mentoring, and encouraging young people.
